**Job Title: Marketing Manager Assistant**

**Reports To**: Marketing Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**: The Marketing Manager Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager. This role will involve coordinating marketing activities, managing schedules, preparing reports, and assisting with the execution of marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Assist the Marketing Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage the Marketing Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.

**Content and Communication**:

- Maintain and update the company’s marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts and online presence.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations based on research findings.

**Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and promotional materials.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing software and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Previous experience in event coordination or project management.
