**Position**: Front Office Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service
- Supervise and train front desk staff
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in creating schedules for front office staff
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management System) and MS Office
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
- Sales and Reservation skills are added advantage.
