1. Design & development of training programs: Liaise with Head HR & cross function HODs to determine training needs for different set of employees, accordingly design and develop training programmes (including content development) for office and retail stores based on the specific needs of the organization. This involves creating training materials and resources.

2.Conducting training sessions: Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to employees, incorporating various training methods such as presentations, group activities, role-playing, and demonstrations.

3. Skill development: Identify skill gaps among employees and design training programs to improve their knowledge and performance in areas such as customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, store operations, etc.

4. Cross function teamwork: Working closely with Territory Heads, Territory HR, Function Heads and other relevant functions to ensure that training initiatives align with company goals and objectives.

5. Assessment Center**:Design and develop assessment Centers for talent development and succession planning. ** Ability to set up learning academies for retail, buying and planning **Measure the success of assessment centres & succession planning efforts, and suggest improvements based on data analysis.**

6. Talent Development**:Develop and deploy talent development programs that improve learning and job performance at all levels of the organization. ** Work closely with management to identify and prepare future leaders by creating personalized development plans. **Perform 360-degree reviews to offer constructive feedback and contribute to the professional growth of employees across levels ** Conduct leadership development workshops and coaching to ready employees for advancement **Finalization of Individual development plan (as required)**

7. Keeping up with industry trends and others**:Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that training programs are current and relevant to the needs of the retail organization ** Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms **Promote a culture of ongoing learning and commitment to excellence in leadership across the company**

**Experience**:
Minimum12 years of experience with at least 2 years in retail (preferable fashion) in the last couple of assignments.
- Should be willing to travel at least 3-4 trips in a year to our countries of Operations
- Proven experience as a Learning leader preferably in Fashion Retail with some experience of Instructional design and content development
- Should have experience of working with senior leaders like reporting into head of HR, Head of Business / COO etc.
- Should have worked with a large organization with atleast 100+ stores and 2000+ employees
- Should have the ability to connect with store employees as well as senior leadership
- Must have done learning interventions for both store employees, Store Managers and office functions
- Should have experience of setting up assessment centers, academies etc.
- Should be a great team player
- Hands on experience of coordinating multiple development interventions for frontline and managerial roles
- A track record of successfully developing and implementing learning and development initiatives for a large organization
- Proficient in creating digital learning content and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, and be a team player in a diverse work environment
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders

**Salary**: AED18,000.00 - AED21,000.00 per month
