Marketing and Regional Business Development Specialist - Management Consulting and Digital Solutions

**Job Summary**:

- The marketing and regional business development specialist will work to identify and develop sales and marketing opportunities for our company in domestic and regional markets. The role requires the creation and implementation of marketing strategies that will drive sales growth and expand the company's global reach. The specialist will also analyze trends, industry insights and sales data to ensure that our company stays ahead of the competition while meeting the needs of our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies aimed at increasing our company’s revenue in domestic and regional markets.
- 2. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth.
- 3. Develop relationships and partnerships with potential customers, distributors and business partners across various countries.
- 4. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our company stays ahead of the competition.
- 5. Work with cross-functional teams including sales, product development and operations to align marketing priorities with company goals.
- 6. Support the development of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive lead generation and increase sales conversion rates.
- 7. Monitor campaign performance and analyze data on website traffic, customer engagement and return on investment to optimize campaigns.
- 8. Effectively communicate marketing strategies and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.- **Requirements**:

- 1. Master degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant fields.
- 2. Minimum of marketing and business development education or 2-5 years’ experience in marketing and business development positions, preferably in an international or global context.
- 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate across cultures and languages.
- 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM, sales and marketing automation tools.
- 5. Knowledge of market research and data analysis tools.
- 6. Strong negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills.
- 7. Proven track record of driving sales growth and success in international market development.
- 8. Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: AED11,458.00 per month
