**Position: Senior Client Success Manager**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Client Success Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Cultivate lasting relationships to understand and address client needs.
- Provide solutions to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Exceed individual and team sales targets.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with internal teams for successful solution delivery.
- Share insights and success stories in team meetings.
- **Industry Knowledge and Insights**:

- Stay updated on industry trends to provide knowledgeable insights to clients.
- **Reporting and Continuous Improvement**:

- Prepare regular reports on account status and sales activities.
- Contribute to improving sales strategies based on client feedback.
- **Customer Service and Satisfaction**:

- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Address inquiries and manage feedback for resolution.
- **Product Knowledge and Onboarding**:

- Develop a strong understanding of company products and services.
- Assist in onboarding new customers for a seamless transition.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven expertise in account management, sales, or similar roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on surpassing targets.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Proactive self-starter with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
