Client Success Manager

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Identify opportunities for clients to reduce their workload through automation and deeper integration of the Emarsys platform info their marketing operations
- Work with the senior stakeholders of account portfolio to understand and assess their business objectives and promote Emarsys‘ value and ROI through adoption and usage of our solutions
- Manage and constantly improve the on-going client relationship for all of assigned accounts by working with other internal parties to deliver a best in class customer experience to all clients.
- Act as the point of escalation for client-specific issues if they affect the relationship and/or revenues
- Oversee client growth and delivery a return on the clients investment in Emarsys
- Take ownership of the transfer of information from Product Development, Marketing and Strategy teams to the portfolio to drive upsell and cross selling opportunities and secure our long-term revenue stream through the timely renewal of client contracts
- Consistently and regularly use Salesforce and other information systems to provide timely and accurate forecasting and activity reporting
- Conduct regular satisfaction surveys and follow up on low satisfaction scores ensuring a positive resolution for the Client can be achieved
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Min 3-4 years of experience of SaaS customer success, account management and/or sales experience gained within digital marketing area
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships and close deals
- Experience developing strategies to increase adoption of technology solutions
- Project Management experience with proven capability to lead cross functional business and technical teams to provide timely issue resolution
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment, but also an interest in helping build sustainable processes
- Love for teamwork and commitment to building a world-class, enterprise-level global customer experience together
- Experience managing accounts using Salesforce is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
