**Job Overview**: As a Client Success Manager, you will ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes with our HRMS solutions, driving product adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Your role will involve managing client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and collaborating closely with the technical team to deliver exceptional service.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and support needs.
- **Upselling and Renewals**: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and features, and manage the renewal process to maximize client retention and revenue growth.
- **Technical Consultation**: Leverage your technical background to understand client needs, provide process recommendations, and offer guidance on HRMS functionality and best practices.
- **Client Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting clear expectations for project milestones.
- **Project Oversight**: Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the implementation of HRMS solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- **Client Feedback and Improvement**: Gather and analyze client feedback throughout the customer lifecycle to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and product offerings.
- **Support During HR Events**: Assist clients during critical HR events, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical teams to resolve queries or bugs as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Document client interactions, track product enhancement requests, and monitor client usage to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing role within the HRMS industry, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
- Proven experience in upselling and client retention strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of payroll processes is an advantage.
- Must be an **Arabic Speaker**

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
