Presales Manager

Presales Managers sit within the Delivery, Technology & Operations department, reporting to the Technology Director. As a presales manager, you will be responsible for providing presales support for our platform modules.
- Regional Sales teams are key stakeholders. Managing the client and stakeholders to adhere to our standard platforms is critical in this role. This will include providing relevant, clear documentation and presenting our solutions to clients in region.
- This role will suit a self-starter that is customer-focused, with a good eye for detail, and the ability to work with key stakeholders (internally and externally) on concurrent projects.Key Responsibilities
- Provide presales support to the regional teams
- Present technical components of our platform solutions to clients
- Analyse client requirements to fit within our existing solutions
- Determine and document any bespoke elements arising from pre-sales conversations
- Maintain (and update) clear and concise technical documentation for our platform
- Support Product Managers and Product Owners in the development of sales collateral
- Report and keep up to date the status of all pre-sales activities from a sales support perspective.
- Detailed understanding of Reward business and technology solutions both conceptually and at the “how it works” level
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in a previous sales support role.
- English essential, Arabic desirable.
- Be able to discuss technical architecture diagrams and APIs at a commercial level.
- Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and digestible manner to a diverse audience (both technical and non-technical, internal and external) at all organizational levels.
- Ability to translate client objectives and requirements into standard modules.
- Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
- Ability to manage time effectively to work on multiple sales opportunities at any one time.
