**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify potential customers by researching and assessing their needs, aligning with the company's target market and customer profile.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team to close.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to ensure a positive experience with the company.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and effective outreach strategy.
- Monitor and report on sales activity, including lead generation, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and other metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and the competitive landscape to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain client records.
- Conceive and develop efficient business development strategies.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Organize and oversee social media presence and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand and service awareness, and competition ventures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales or business development executive (5 to 7 years).
- Strong sales skills with experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English), both verbal and written.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective plans.
- Customer-centric focus with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of industry and market trends in the company's operating sector is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new situations quickly.
