**B2B Enterprise Software Partner Manager**

SAM is looking for a result oriented, target-carrying sales professional to join our Global Sales team to develop and lead the sales efforts via a robust, agile, active and results producing Partner Network for our B2B enterprise software solutions and services. As a B2B ESW Partner Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our partner base, consistently keeping them highly engaged and resulting in quick revenue by driving sales via Partners.

**What is the Role**
- Exceed revenue targets goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Demonstrate the ability to address each partner’s unique inquiry, while providing them with the proper information and appropriate solution based on the customer’s specific needs and interests
- Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business needs
- Engage and work with business partners on a day-to-day basis
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with end users and partners
- Follow-up on all leads supplied by Partners and ensure internal systems are updated
- Marshal and lead the appropriate technical and functional resources to demonstrate SAM’s advantages to the customer
- Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory including the customers, the prospects, the partners, the influencer’s, and the competitors
- Maintain the highest level of partner satisfaction within the accounts in your territory
- Maintain a positive, professional ‘total customer service’ attitude and demonstrate the company’s Core Values
- Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client’s organization from their CEO to a Systems Administrator
- Utilize all channel management and reporting tools

**What you must have**
- Proven track record of success in sales and partnership management
- 5+ years of experience in a similar sales role in B2B, ideally for the Enterprise Software or a related field
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales and partnership plans
- Highly adaptable and independent, self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Good understanding of sales performance metrics and must be driven with an extreme sense of urgency to deliver
- Ability to develop and understand complex business processes/business models and embodies a consultative approach
- Ability to create an emphatic and meaningful relationship with stakeholders remotely
- Proven results in a target-based sales environment and an understanding of technology and technological innovations
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives. Effective at presenting to executive management, i.e. C-Level
- Professionalism, personal integrity, a high internal commitment to achieve success, the ability to build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time, strong oral and written communication skills
