Human Resource Administrator

As an HR Administrator at Dibba Mountain Park and Resort, you will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions of our organization. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our employees are motivated, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our resort.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Facilitate employee training and development programs.
Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Act as a point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries.
Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborate with management to address HR issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dibba Al-Fujairah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
