Job Title : Human Resources & Admin Manager
Department : Administration & Human Resource
Reporting to : Chief Operating Officer
Overall Purpose:
Human Resources & Admin Manager (HR-AM) in our organization would be assisting the Human Resource Office in providing guidance and resources on every aspect company policies and procedures. This would be aligned with UAE labor law & any partner regions polices. A/M-HR would be involved in employment recruitment and contract termination process. Team building activities, planning team events, staff welfare events would be some of the objectives. Maintaining employee records for the purpose of leaves, compensations, deductions, KPI’s, KRA’s, etc also would be included in this job role. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of HR & administrative duties in different departments. This position may involve in managing HR initiatives including health, volunteer, charity initiatives and providing relevant resources.
Principal Duties:
- Managing all HR & Admin functions
- Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes.
- Responsible for promoting excellent employee relations across the organization
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, employee conduct, and disciplinary issues, final settlement(Responsible for entire HR Cycle)

- Developing and managing effective staff communication
- Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues
- Manage Insurance (Medical & Group Life)
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Raise any employee compliance matters in the workplace to supervisor.
- Maintain Employee records including leave records, compensations, deductions, KPI, KRA, etc.
- Plan staff welfare events including health, volunteering, charity, celebrations, team events, holiday functions, team building, employee wellbeing etc.
- Assist in organization flow and employee morale.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
- Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events
- Assess staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
**Education / Qualifications/ Experience / Skills**
- **Essential**:_
- Any relevant Degree.
- 6-8 years’ of working experience in **university/college/school** is must.
- Morale boosting & technical skills.
- Good in English speaking, reading, writing. Any other languages proficiency is advantageous.
- Familiarity with UAE Labor law and other countries labor policies.
- Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership & good organization skills.
- Public speaking and presentation.
- Morale boosting & technical skills.

**Flexibility**:
Please note that given the need for flexibility to meet the changing requirements of the Campus, the duties of this post and the role of the post-holder may be changed after consultation. The balance of duties may vary over time and will be reviewed as part of the appraisal process.
**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
