**Job Role**:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for all hiring process including leading a team to attract top talent across Tech & Non-Tech roles. This role will serve as a core part of the HR leadership team and help to shape strategies, processes, and impact across this growing team. - and long-term strategies to address gaps and position us most effectively to compete for talent within the highly competitive market we’re in. This role reports to the CEO.
**Responsibilities**:
- The talent acquisition strategy, with direct accountability for designing the attraction plan and executing on that strategy.
- Partner with Main Stakeholders and leaders to continually improve hiring plans, processes and ensure the entire team is optimized for success.
- Build strong relationships with executives and leaders to advise on external, best-practice and future talent needs and help resolve talent challenges proactively. Build a deep understanding of CAFU business and culture to provide strategic thought partnership to teams that you support
- Define and leverage data analytics to deliver meaningful insights to the executives you support to drive operational improvements and support their team's rapid growth. This leader needs to have a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape, including compensation, leveling, to effectively assess and guide offer recommendations. Effective building scorecards, dashboards, and other tools to provide insight on recruiting effectiveness and impact.
- Lead the TA Team with empathy, courage and candor helping them grow while holding them accountable for excellent results
- Own and drive increased visibility and understanding of recruiting performance, strengths, and opportunities through clear, consistent reporting and story-sharing.
- Develop, lead, and decide on all recruiting-related goals around headcount attainment and efficiency for your functional area.
- Effective identifying and assessing tools and systems that deliverable measurable scale and improvement; Regularly identify best-in-class ideas, processes, approaches that can be adopted.

**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, people operations, employer branding, compensation/benefits, and/or organizational development.
- Confident with both excel and power point reporting to run regular analysis.
- An understanding of and an enthusiasm for start-up / scale up and strong business growth culture.
- Methodical, detailed orientated and rigorous to ensure strong foundations of the HR department.
- By nature, you collaborate, as if your life depends on it.
- Your level of curiosity is off the scale, you follow consumer and business trends and are an early adopter of any new products and services.
- You have a global mindset and always balance the external view with the internal.
- You act like an owner, making decisions always in the interest of CAFU as a whole.
- Strong personality shows courage and perseverance.
- A natural collaborator who can clearly communicate to stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and passion for business building enabled by technology deployment
- Excellent communication / stakeholder skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts and build consensus
- Ideally have experience building products servicing the ‘On-demand’ economy
