The Role

**Requirements**:

- Recruitment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Understanding how to leverage various platforms for talent acquisition is crucial. - Real Estate Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai/Saudi, including trends, key players, and specific challenges related to talent in this sector. - Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s goals and the dynamic nature of the real estate market. - Employer Branding: Skills in promoting the company as an employer of choice within the industry, utilizing social media, marketing campaigns, and networking events. - Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make informed decisions. - Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms to enhance the recruitment process. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the real estate or related industries. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. - Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
