About Us:Prosports International is a leader in the sports merchandising industry, specializing in premium golf products for corporate golf days and events. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality merchandise and exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of our clients.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and growing corporate accounts, focusing on golf merchandise sales for events, tournaments, and corporate branding initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector to achieve sales targets.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with event organizers to understand requirements and recommend suitable golf merchandise solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our golf merchandise range to effectively present and sell products.
Quotation and Proposals: Prepare and present professional quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise for events.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to drive awareness and sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in corporate or event-related industries.
(Ideally) Strong interest or background in golf and knowledge of the golf industry is a significant advantage.(not essential)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on delivering results.
Flexibility to travel and attend golf days or events as required.
