Job Overview:
As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive corporate business for the company. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the travel and tourism industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new corporate accounts.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the client to understand their specific travel requirements and tailor services accordingly.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the unique offerings and value proposition.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with the company and how it aligns with the client's business objectives.
- **Negotiation and Contracting**:

- Negotiate terms and agreements with corporate clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and achievements.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements for corporate clients, including personalized itineraries, transportation, and accommodation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales within the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate travel needs and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events.

**Salary**: AED60,000.00 - AED72,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
