We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to fill the role of an Office Coordinator. **Responsibilities**:
**Operations Coordination**
- Collaborate with different departments to optimize the workflow
- Manage inventory, supplies, and facility-related tasks.
- Liaise with the partners for obtaining all necessary documents & permits

**Marketing Support**
- Assist in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and content.
- Coordinate with promoters, promotional activities and events.
- Coordinate with external agencies

**HR Assistance**
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.

**Sales Coordination**
- Process and manage customer orders with attention to detail.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.

**Office Management**
- Oversee general office operations to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Respond to inquiries and serve as a point of contact for office-related matters.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
