Office Coordinator

We are searching for a talented Office Coordinator to attempt an assortment of everyday office and administrative errands. You will be a fundamental part in guaranteeing that our office tasks run as expected and are fruitful in supporting other business exercises.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow office work processmethodology to guarantee most extreme productivity
- Keep up with documents and records with powerful documenting frameworks
- Support different groups with different authoritative assignments (diverting calls, dispersing correspondence, booking gatherings and so on)
- Welcome and help guests when they show up at the workplace
- Screen office uses and handle all office contracts (lease, administration and so on)
- Perform fundamental accounting exercises and update the bookkeepingframework
- Manage client grievances or issues
- Screen office supplies stock and spot orders
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated insight as office facilitator or in a comparable job
- Experience in client assistancewill be an or more
- Information on fundamental accounting standards and office the board frameworks and strategies
- Remarkable information on MS Office, "administrative center" and bookkeeping programming
- Working information on office hardware (for example optical scanner)
- Magnificent correspondence and relational abilities
- Coordinated with the capacity to focus on and perform various tasks
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
