**Job Title: Business Development Executive - Facilities Management**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends in the facilities management sector.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our services.
- **Negotiation**: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to execution, ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the senior management team.
- **Brand Promotion**: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the facilities management sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of facilities management services and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
