**Our mission**: To make everyone feel like the diamond they are To build a global community of fragrance lovers through the power of scent and by providing them with the most innovative & luxurious fragrances, education and sharing our Middle Eastern fragrance rituals with the world.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help draft JDs and post live jobs on LinkedIn and other job boards/sites as needed
- Support Talent Team by coordinating booking processes for interviews, as needed
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs, always staying ahead of the company’s talent needs
- Maintain and update our applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System, Workable

**Requirements**:

- Proven 5+ years work experience as a Talent Partner, Recruiter, Recruitment Manager, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies
- Excellent written and communication skills and outstanding time-management skills
- A keen attention to detail, spotting and inconsistencies in our documents, processes, etc.
