We are looking for a qualified HR Specialist to join our team and support our human resources department. You will be responsible for performing various HR-related tasks and activities, such as recruiting, training, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as relevant work experience in HR. You should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
As an HR Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding any HR-related issues or queries. You will also assist with the implementation and evaluation of HR policies and programs, and contribute to the development of a positive and productive work environment.
HR Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs, and ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed and filed.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR topics, such as performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, etc.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Process payroll and administer benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees and managers, such as workshops, seminars, webinars, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and programs, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR management, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
