HR Executive

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including addressing employee queries and concerns.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, updating employee information, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Attendance keeping: Handling leave approvals and attendance.
- With experience in payroll management.
- Visa processing knowledgeable with UAE Labour law.
- Follow up on work permit and medical checks.
- Document control: Preparing certificates, memos etc.
- Ticket management (Ticketing System).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role or similar administrative position.
- Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrate an ability to work in a multi-functional environment.
- Must speak English, Hindi and Urdu Fluently
- Credible experience of managing employee relations.
- Ready to start immediately
**Salary**: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
