**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the institution/office and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of government documents and forms.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Support the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or PRO.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Urdu; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
