As Talent Acquisition Leader for Middle East, Turkey and Africa (KMTA), the incumbent will be leading the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and responsible for driving a strategic, proactive and value driven TA organization for all locations within KMTA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work with Business and HR leaders to develop Talent Acquisition Strategies for KMTA across our varied businesses (Frontlines & Distributors)
- Drive the HC budgeting and forecasting actions on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis in consultation with HR Director to ensure that appropriate headcount is allocated for the business as per budgeted productivity norms so that they are able to achieve the annual targets.
- Lead senior searches and consult with business to define job requirements and develop knowledge of internal customer groups to effectively offer talent acquisition solutions that are tailored to meet the demands of the business.
- Drive Employer branding efforts and effectively evaluate and utilize multi-media branding and marketing strategies that would bring the best results, taking into consideration costs & effectiveness.
- Analyse attrition trends in the business and advise the business and HR colleagues so that appropriate actions can be taken.
- Assess the talent market practices regularly and provide advisory to the business and other HR stakeholders to initiate relevant actions.
- Build, maintain and influence strong partnerships with various networks such as government and educational institutions, training academies, or third-party search agencies.
- Drive the consistent achievement of Service Level Agreement’s for sourcing, periodically review and evaluate its applicability, and introduce improvements as necessary.
- Enable data driven decision making through analysis of relevant data and tell the story with data.
- Identify and document process changes, such as process maps, team structure charts, detailed procedures, etc.
- Drive operational excellence and compliance in Applicant Tracking System and Customer Relationship Management System and set high recruiting standards.
- Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers providing counsel on the talent market, hiring decisions and offer negotiations.
- Stays up to date on latest recruiting industry trends and shares best practices.
- Works collaboratively with TA colleagues outside of KMTA on joint projects.
- Prepare various monthly reports and dashboards to provide visibility to the HR and business stakeholders.
- Coach and build the competence of the team and inspire them to raise the bar for continuous improvement.

What makes you a great fit?
- University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, plus generally 15+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment and with some agency experience
- Has a least 3-5 years of experience leading and developing a TA team and work exposure within KMTA region.
- Strong knowledge in multiple TA disciplines (employer branding, HC budgeting, talent assessment, and competitive job offering)
- Some experience in executive recruiting will be advantageous
- Proven ability to identify and recruit talent in a fast-paced environment
- Openness to listen and to try out new ways of working and inclusive of diversity in team.
- High level of integrity and judgement
- Longer term perspective with regards to talent planning and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in building relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of labor law and how it applies to interviewing, selection, recruitment, and placement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Excellent analyzing and presentation skills
- Good Talent advisory skills
