**Job Title: Retail Perfume Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Perfume Salesman. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling a diverse range of high-quality perfumes, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clientele.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and help them find the perfect fragrance.
Provide expert advice on perfume selections, including fragrance notes, longevity, and compatibility with individual preferences.

**Sales and Product Knowledge**:Achieve sales targets by actively promoting and selling perfume products.
Stay informed about the latest perfume trends, product launches, and promotions.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of each perfume's unique features and benefits.

**Product Presentation**:Maintain an organized and visually appealing perfume display.
Ensure that all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing and information.
Assist in setting up promotional displays to highlight featured products.

**Transaction Processing**:Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Process exchanges and returns according to company policies.
Handle cash and card transactions with integrity and attention to detail.

**Stock Management**:Monitor and replenish perfume stock as needed.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
Notify management of low stock or popular items to facilitate timely restocking.

**Customer Service**:Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive attitude.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, especially in the beauty or fragrance industry, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for and knowledge of perfumes and fragrance trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift and move moderately heavy boxes.

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED1,750.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Sharjah: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
