As a Sales Representative at Curryfit, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will be the face of our brand, advocating the benefits of our meal plans and offering soultions that meet customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- Attend networking events, community events, and expos to represent the company and find new sales opportunities.
- Provide customer feedback to the marketing and product teams.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of the health and nutrition industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary and Commission structure: AED 5000**

**Details**:

- The commission is applicable only when the sales exceed the threshold of AED50,000. Once exceeded, the 5% commission is applied to the entire amount.
- Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out in the following month to ensure all sales are final and account for any adjustments needed due to returns or cancellations.
- Sales Representatives are encouraged to track and report their sales through the company’s designated systems.

**Eligibility**:

- This incentive applies to all Sales Representatives who have successfully completed their probationary period.
- Adjustments for returns and cancellations will be considered in the final monthly sales calculation.

**Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Sales performance will be tracked using the company’s CRM software, and regular status updates will be provided to all team members.
- Sales Representatives will have access to real-time sales data to monitor their progress toward meeting their targets.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
