**Job Title: Project Sales Manager - Lighting**

**Overview**: As a Project Sales Manager specializing in lighting, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, cultivating relationships with clients, and overseeing lighting projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with design teams, architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative lighting solutions that meet project requirements and exceed expectations. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our lighting products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, focusing on expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and maximizing profitability in the lighting sector.

2. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.

3. **Project Management**: Lead lighting projects from conception through completion, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and exceed client expectations.

4. **Product Knowledge and Training**: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and products in the lighting industry. Provide product training and technical support to clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders as needed to promote product awareness and drive sales.

5. **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in the lighting market. Use market insights to develop targeted sales strategies, penetrate new markets, and capitalize on growth opportunities.

6. **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of our lighting products and services. Customize solutions to address specific project requirements and address client concerns effectively.

7. **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while protecting company interests. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.

8. **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and project status. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, project management, or business development, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of lighting systems, fixtures, and controls.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Certification in Lighting Design or Sales (e.g., CLD, LC, CSL, LS1) is a plus.

**Experience**:
