The Role

The Role: As a Project Management Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting and driving project success across multiple sectors. You will work closely with senior project managers, contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in hospitality, residential, high-rise, and commercial projects. You will bring strategic insight and technical expertise to every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting across hospitality, residential, high-rise, and commercial developments. - Collaborate with senior project managers to execute project deliverables within scope, time, and budget. - Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure alignment and seamless communication. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in developing solutions to maintain project timelines. - Support quality control and compliance, ensuring all work adheres to relevant industry standards and regulations. - Prepare regular project status reports and contribute to documentation for internal and client review. - Participate in site visits and inspections as needed, ensuring alignment with project plans and quality standards.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in project management within hospitality, residential, high-rise, or commercial construction projects. - Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices, with experience supporting projects through the full lifecycle. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a proactive approach.
