**Job Summary**:
You are a relentlessly resourceful entrepreneur that has the capacity of growing a 5 figure ARR SaaS business into a 6 or 7 figure business.
MonetizeMore has acquired a proven SAAS tool that has achieved traction with ad monetized publishers for many years. It is profitable but hasn’t had the necessary resources invested to realize it’s true potential. MonetizeMore is looking for a hungry entrepreneur that has the necessary programming and growth hacking skills.

**What you’ll do**:
- Use the concepts of Lean Startup to unlock growth
- Make the final decisions on operational strategy
- Own the overall marketing plan for the business
- Build features and maintain the Python, PHP and PostgreSQL systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and manage a team as revenue increases
- Perform all other duties necessary for the organization to achieve its goals
**Who you are**:
- Junior level programming skills (higher skill level is better)
- 2 years experience in business or a business degree
- 1 year leadership experience
- 1 year project management experience
- 2 years growth hacking experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven problem solving skills on big impact projects
**Compensation**:
- This is a paid position but the base pay will be a small proportion of the overall pay
- This is a profit sharing partnership where the medium and long-term upside is unlimited
