Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train real estate agents to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the real estate market.
Team Management: Oversee the performance and productivity of your team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Deal Closing: Personally engage in the sale and purchase of real estate properties, demonstrating effective sales techniques and providing a role model for the team.
Maintain Developer Relations: Foster and sustain strong relationships with property developers, builders, and other real estate stakeholders in the local market. Collaborate effectively with developers to secure advantageous property listings, negotiate favorable terms, and stay informed about upcoming projects.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their real estate needs.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and local real estate market conditions to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, and present them to senior management, outlining team performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Compliance: Ensure that your team follows all legal and ethical guidelines, including fair housing regulations and local real estate laws.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales, including a track record of successful deal closures.
Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the real estate industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics.
Ability to motivate and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
High level of personal initiative and accountability.
**Salary**: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
