Property Sales Manager

An **exciting** and a **professional role**, which involves developing, managing and driving a Sales team to achieve their goals within the Real Estate field.
**A- Key Duties**:
- Develop and promote KPIs & Targets for the sale team and ensure they are achieved.
- Develop and implement new sale strategies to secure new business.
- Hold Daily Team Briefings to discuss deal pipelines, new projects and FAQs.
- Hold individual one-to-one meeting with sales team to provide support and road map for success.
- Discuss new project launches and be present with the team for new project launches.
- Ensure that team makes daily 100 calls to secure new business.
- Establishing a sales training program to train new Agents.
- Ensure each sales team meets Weekly & Monthly Targets.
**B- Person Specification**:
- A strong personality with great ethics, self displine and Positive Energy.
- Excellent Time
- Management and organisational skills.
- Verified sales experience in the Real Estate sector for over 2 Years.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team and clients.
- Well versed in English (Verbal and Written).
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving license.
