**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our Business Setup and Corporate Pro Services. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
**Sales & Revenue**:
Handle accurate bookings, appointment changes, and cancellations for clients seeking Business Setup and Corporate Pro Services.

Respond to clients using the company's sales script, verbiage, and professional tone.

Promote our Business Setup and Corporate Pro Services, adhering to company standards.

Convert inquiries into appointments.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services.

Develop a strong understanding of our services, products, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Describe and provide information about our services using the company's standard verbiage.

Actively promote services, programs, and promotions available.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Strive to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Confirm appointments with clients daily.

Review appointment schedules and client profiles, adding necessary notes.

Manage comprehensive and up-to-date client profiles with relevant data.

Handle client complaints with empathy and courtesy, working towards resolution.

Set clear expectations for clients regarding their experiences and provide them with informative materials.

Address client comments, concerns, or issues promptly and communicate them to the management.

Collaborate with management to address staff or client-related matters that require attention.

Assist in various operational areas as requested by the management.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Follow up with clients as required to ensure satisfaction.

**Sales Reports & Analysis**:
Review and analyze monthly sales reports.

Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans based on monthly reporting.

Identify sales packages and promotions based on monthly reporting.

Collaborate with the team to enhance sales and consultation skills.

**Training & Development**:
Assist in assessing and onboarding new staff members, particularly focusing on Business Setup and Corporate Pro Services.

Provide training to new and junior sales and customer relationship management staff.

Support the upskilling of support staff to deliver a seamless client experience.

Participate in and support the organization of meetings as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience in the Business Setup and Corporate Pro Services industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and software.
- Knowledge of government transactions and related processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment.
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
