**Full Job Description**

**Role Summary**:
The Sales Manager will lead and manage all day-to-day

activities related to the sales function with a focus on

building long-term, value-based customer relationships that

enable achievement of property sales objectives.

**Position Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Reporting to**: Head of Sales/CEO

**Supervising**: The Sales Team

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the Sales and the Sales Teams on a day-to-day basis.
- Create and maintain a positive, competitive culture to drive high-performance.
- have a clear plan for incremental improvement.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Sales Managers to support their development and drive results.
- Attract, develop and retain the best talent within the team.
- Recruit and hire new members of the Sales Team.
- Develop trusted and lasting relationships with all customers, forming close business relationships with Key Account decision makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Tech, Finance and Pre-Sales teams to alignon anything affecting customers or sales performance.
- Work closely with CEO to ensure a clear plan for development of talent in the Sales team.
- Provide regular forecasts & performance reports.
- Work closely with the management to set budgets and re-forecasts.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in a managerial real estate position in UAE.
- Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry with a deep knowledge of main competitors including their strategies and pricing models.
- Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with Outstanding negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal orientated and target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Excellent English & Arabic proficiency, fluency in other languages is a plus.

- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
