Event Assistant Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in **planning and organizing** the festival’s activities and timeline
- Manage relationships with **vendors and suppliers** to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee **budgeting** and track expenses to ensure cost-effective solutions
- **Prepare reports** on event performance, budgets, and post-event analysis
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure the festival runs efficiently
- Problem-solving and on-site **event management**
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in **managing festivals** or large-scale events
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle vendor negotiations and supplier coordination
- Experience in **budget monitoring**, **cost management**, and **reporting**:
- **Deep understanding of UAE culture** and local practices
- **Preferred**:Arabic speaker** with knowledge of UAE customs and event management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Preferred living in Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
