**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Event coordinator (Female Only) to organise excellent events. Preference will be given to an Arabic speaker.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand requirements for each event (Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning)
- Support Relationship Manager with local communication and correspondence with Customers I.e. Vendors, Sponsors, Government Depts.
- Assist in ensuring effective communication across the entire event team
- Assist in all administrative tasks as required by the events team
- Assist in researching vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and assist in choosing the best combination of quality and cost
- Assist in event set up, tear down and follow-ups
- Help coordinate all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
- Assist in overseeing event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Assist in evaluating event’s success and submit reports

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as event coordinator
- Outstanding communication skills
- Well-organised with multi-tasking skills
- Able to handle stress and remain calm
- Problem-solving ability
- Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
- Able to work to strict deadlines

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Event Coordinator: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
