**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Experience with managing multiple projects
- High level of emotional intelligence required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Human Resources**:

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements).

**Facility Management**:

- Ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.

**Technology and Communication**:

- Build and manage SharePoint systems for efficient operations.
- Manage office IT infrastructure, including computers, network, and software.
- Provide basic IT support and coordinate with external IT support when necessary.
- Ensure the office communication systems are operational and efficient.

**Administrative Support**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage and maintain the busy calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, both domestically and internationally.
- Taking minutes and creating action lists.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for review.

**Project Management**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Track project progress and provide updates to the executive.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key business contacts, clients, and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external parties.
- Coordinate and manage communications, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
