**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Driving license - Mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Must possess touch typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.
**KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE**
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR records and employee files.
- **Employee Records**: Update and maintain accurate employee records in HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- **HR Correspondence**: Draft and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as notices, and memos.
- **Operations**: Handle general inquiries related to HR and operations. Coordinate accommodations and travel arrangements for employees as needed. Oversee the distribution and management of employee uniforms and equipment.
- **Employee Inquiries**: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other general HR matters, directing complex issues to the HR Manager.
- **Event Support**: Assist in organizing HR-related events such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws by keeping records up-to-date and assisting with audits or HR reporting.
- **General Office Duties**: Assist with general office management tasks such as ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office organization
