**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR issues.
- Assist in the performance management process and provide support for employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR systems.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees on HR matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in UAE payroll, Employee insurance.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi(Malayalam and Arabic is a plus).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
