Job Title:Receptionist cum Personal Assistant

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for the executive team as needed.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging catering and technical support.
General Administrative Support:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of departmental reports and documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with booking and scheduling tools.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
- Customer service experience.
Note:
- Responsibilities includes managing all business relations of CEO. Shift timing may change according to the availability of CEO.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
