Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Receptionist Duties:

- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as requested.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, and the general public.

Personal Assistant Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned and compile findings into organized reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage expenses and prepare expense reports for reimbursement.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work effectively under pressure.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
