HSBC Commercial Banking serves millions of businesses ranging from small, to large corporates, providing commercial customers with a full range of banking services including Global Trade and Receivables Finance, RMB solutions, multi-currency business accounts, payments and cash management, and wealth management and insurance, as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Commercial Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

**In this role, you will**:

- Supervise the day to day operations of offices, with particular emphasis on the effectiveness of the internal organization of departments and the quality and efficiency of services and effectiveness of control procedures.
- Manage the day to day activities of the Corporate Services department at HSBC Tower (Head Office) as well as HSBC Corporate Branches.
- Ensure completion of Diary watch checks for all areas of corporate branch operations.
- Handle Local and international customer queries relevant to corporate account operations, including advising on electronic channels, payments and cash management, trade operations, other available products and services of the Bank etc.
- Contribute to acquiring, retaining and developing customer relationships towards achieving the sales and profitability targets / goals of the CMB as well as GBM business.
- Monitor the timely processing of Trade transactions and issuance of guarantees.
- Assist / liaise with the other departments / units / segments / processing units of the Bank to achieve the common business goals, targets and service image of the Bank.
- Monitor and ensure that snags and customer complaints are handled promptly, within the set SLAs.
- Encourage and develop a customer centric work culture and optimize internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the good image of the bank and inculcate a service culture.
- Adhere to structures and processes in place for the management of credit, operational, reputation and regulatory risk.
- Resolve any/all identified issues promptly, and escalate concerns to management as appropriate to ensure timely awareness of any material concerns.
Requirements

**To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Basic understanding of banking
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge and direct experience of service provision and how customer service impacts client perception
- Experience and understanding of managing diverse, cross-functional teams
- Able to connect at all levels of the organization: can-do attitude
- Diligent, not afraid to get into the detail
- Self-starter, highly motivated and determined
- Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
- Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Strong analytical skills
- A good understanding of the market & market trends, competitive environment and regulatory environment
- Graduation degree is a must - to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit**0000J9AE.**
