**The Role: Inside Sales Representative**
We're searching for a proactive sales professional with a technical mindset, either familiar with or ready to learn about our range of Leister products, such as Heat Guns, Welding Machines, Extrusion Welders, and Industrial Hot Air Devices. Your role will be connecting our solutions to the demands of industries like Plastic Fabrication, Civil Engineering, Flooring, Technical Textiles, and Roofing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Outreach**:Research and identify new leads, qualify sales opportunities, and reach out to potential clients to generate interest.
- **CRM Management**:CRM Management: Actively engage with our HubSpot CRM, ensuring real-time updates and proficient use.
- **Sales Follow-Up**:Manage customer inquiries, prepare sales quotations and follow-up the sales pipeline.
- **Order Processing**:Efficiently use our ERP system for order processing and fulfilment including order confirmations, delivery notes, invoicing, and payment collection.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Maintain sales records, organize sales meetings, and handle related administrative duties.
**Your Profile**
- **Experience & Skills**: At least 3 years in sales roles, demonstrating a history of successful achievements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM Systems (preference for HubSpot), and familiarity with ERP systems is essential.
- **Sales Drive**: Demonstrated success in driving sales, placing a strong emphasis on generating leads, managing the sales pipeline and closing the deal.
- **Communication**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at proactive sales outreach, including cold calling and building relationships with potential leads.
- **Efficiency & Initiative**: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, consistently seeking opportunities and solutions in challenging situations.
- **Education**: Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field with a focus on Sales or Marketing.
- You do not need to have previous experience in plastic welding technology._
