Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits)
- Taking minutes
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings, company properties etc.)
- Assist with both Operations and Accounts.
- General office management and maintaining company records
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop sales & marketing strategies
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives.
- Providing wide administration and office support to Sales Reps, Managers, and Senior Management.
- Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Managing student registrations
- Organizing training schedules
- Coordinating with instructors
- Maintaining training materials

Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential. Additionally, familiarity with CANVA / training softwares and strong communication skills are often required.

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
