Administrative Assistant

General Administration:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained, including arranging for repairs and replacements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist with payroll and maintain employee records.
- Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee onboarding.
- Office Coordination
- Plan and organize office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Oversee the management of office security and access control.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Update and maintain the company’s social media presence, if applicable.
- Assist with special projects and assignments as required.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and senior staff.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- GCC: 1 year (preferred)
