**About The Role**

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven, hands-on recruitment experience who enjoys taking full ownership of the recruitment process and developing strong relationships with their hiring managers.

**What You’ll Do**
- Work closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced recruiting organisation to understand their business, their competitors and key talent in the market
- Develop a direct sourcing focused recruitment approach for current hiring needs as well as future and opportunistic needs
- Identify, source and screen top talent for FTI Consulting’s experienced hire and early talent requisitions
- Extend and negotiate offers

**What You Will Need to Succeed**
- Ability to provide an accurate, consistent, and efficient service under the pressure of competing deadlines
- Exceptional customer service focus with persistent attention to detail
- Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
- Skilled in organising resources and establishing priorities
- Experience in stakeholder management

**Basic Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities and other methods for direct sourcing
- Experience utilising CRM/ATS systems
- Fluency in English is essential

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior recruiting experience within professional services, specifically management consulting is highly beneficial
- Experience with Taleo or Yello applicant tracking system/CRM tool would be advantageous
- Fluency in another language (Arabic or Spanish) could be beneficial but is not essential
