**The opportunity**

**As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Easygenerator, you will be responsible for**:

- ** Talent acquisition strategies**:Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- ** Leading the talent acquisition team**:Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists, providing guidance and support to drive high-performance outcomes
- ** Stakeholder management**:Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each department
- ** Data analysis**:Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, leveraging data and metrics to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- ** Collaboration with recruitment agencies**:Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services

**Qualifications**:
**Our ideal Head of Talent Acquisition will have**:

- A bachelor’s degree (in human resources, business or a related field) or higher
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: you can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it’s time to listen
- Experience working with targets and KPIs and stakeholder management
- You take initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Steps in the interview process**:

- Interview with a recruiter
