**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and recruitment practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
