Receptionist HR Clerk

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum HR Clerk. In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional impression of our company. Simultaneously, you will assist our Human Resources department with various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our workplace.
**Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary and forwarding calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to the relevant recipients.
- Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped.
**HR Clerk Duties**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to company policies.
- Assist in organizing employee training programs and events.
- Provide administrative support to HR managers as needed.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance enrollment, and act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
- Handle employees' visa renewals, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely processing.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and functions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive and professional attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in HR is a plus.
