**Job duties and responsibilities**
- Capable of transcribing, recording, faxing, and filing documents as and when required.
- Capable of maintaining filing, database systems, and inventories.
- Proficient in communicating with clients and employees and responding to any queries or complaints accordingly.
- Capable of coordinating activities and circulating information to office staff.
- Capable of organizing and having the ability to multitask for filing and completing several clerical and administrative tasks at once.
- Attention to detail and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard, such as taking sufficiently detailed minutes and telephone messages as and when required.
- Should possess integrity and discretion when working with sensitive employee and customer needs.
**Job qualifications/requirements**
- At least 6 - 8 years of experience working as a TSP Clerk (Technical Services Personnel) within the Oil and Gas industry in any GCC country.
- Should possess strong English language skills (Verbal, Reading, Writing).
- Should possess excellent computer proficiency, should be well versed in Excel and PowerPoint.
