Female Receptionist HR Coordinator

**We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Receptionist cum HR Coordinator**
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Additionally, you will assist with various human resources tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist**:
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
**- **Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
**- **Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
**HR Coordinator**:
- **Coordinate employee onboarding, including preparing new hire packets
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Assist with employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance on company policies
**Requirements**:
- **1+ years of experience in administration and human resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR software
**- **Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**- **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
**Nice to Have**:
- **Certification in human resources
**- **Experience with payroll administration and compliance
**Languages**:
- Malayalam,**English,Hindi
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
